After the successful implementation of the YOUTH IN ACTION project , named "Museum: the actionography of European people" CLUB FOR UNESCO OF PIRAEUS AND ISLANDS (Athens , Greece ) and CULTURAL ASSOCIATION OF SCHENOGRAPHY FREE ARTISTIC CHOREOGRAPHY AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL (Constanta, Romania ) realized that Youth in Action should NEVER END, so they decided to start the program EDUCATION AND CULTURE THROUGH THE TOURISM under which many project of youth exchanges will be organized .
